Foamers / Steam Cleaners

The principal of the foam system is the mixing of air and detergent to create a thick blanket of cleaning foam that clings to all surfaces increasing "hang" or contact time. As the foam bubbles burst they force the cleaning agents into the soils being cleaned. With plant air at 60 psi this unit can spray in the range of 30 feet. An excellent system for cleaning vertical and overhead surfaces.

This steam unit can be mounted on a portable dolly or fixed to a utility station. Unlike other steam cleaning machines this equipment can operate effectively at pressures as low as 40 psi. The combination of steam, water and quality detergents make this highly effective. With the metering tips installed at the soap intake valve, this device will use less detergent than other steam cleaning apparatuses.
